My story in brief:

Brutually torture, mind/brain-reading and behavior-controlling in Vietnam business.

- 9/2002: Established food trading company. Business is alright.

- 2003: Open wider to trading more products. My company opened an account at Vietcombank to make a payment for oversea partners. Vietcombank is possessed of “Common Properties” Gornvement in Vietnam. For that, under-table money for them is certain and non-stop at this level. By “tricks of requesting under-table money”, staffs of Vietcombank requested more under-table money. I also gave money to them but they did not stop at this. What they want are my good-selling products and making profitable for my company. They wanted to eat “all”: money, business and brain data later. After, they purposely harassed my girlfriend in trouble for requesting more money. My girlfriend and I argued together for that. And my girlfriend said “Vietnam country is that: harassing for bribes, pestering for bribes. And do not like them”. She broke-up with me for that harassing action. I was shocked. I was extremely up-set and told the truth to Tuoi Tre newspaper and Thanh Nien newspaper via internet but no any sound responded from them. In disorder status, I did not care that newspapers are from “Common Properties” Party. After I knew that newspapers made a cover of tricking Vietnamese.

- In the middle of 2003, I was received many notifies of killing by under-cover faces to rob my business. My brain was read by them at that time. I was monitored by under-cover faces or organized gang stalking of Vietcombank.

- In 2004 to 2009, Vietcombank and their devil hands continuously warned to kill me, brutally torture and sometimes enforced to leave Vietnam. They knew everything about me such as mind, facts in past, memory, plan to do as study abroad, feelings, everything including control my behavior, moto and what to say. Vietcombank’s devil hands are many people of “Common Properties” Public’s Securities. Weapons they used are Satellite Mind Control weapon and Satellite Microwave weapon. These weapon used for warfare. They used satellite microwave weapon to shoot my brain till to be crazy and closing death. They, “Common Properties” Vietcombank and Public’s Sercurities, are bloodthirsty and brutal devils. They are criminals against to humanity.

As a Vietnamese living overseas. I feel ashamed of the corruption in Vietnam. I do hope Singaporeans who come to do business in Vietnam will set up good exampleS for local government official and people there. I feel much more ashamed by saying so when Vietnam has to need outside people to help them clean themselves… “What makes the situation worse is that corruption in Vietnam is not discussed openly because of tight state censorship”. The Japan Times: Four bribes to Vietnam official tied to PCI exec

According to Public Opinion, people fingered bribes in ODA are “Common Properties” Government Chairman Nguyen Minh Triet, “Common Properties” Secretary Le Thanh Hai of their HCMC, “Common Properties” Huynh Ngoc Sy, “Common Properties” Le Qua, Son-in-law of Secretary “Common Properties” Party Nong Duc Manh.

The torure and violation in brief
 Weapons: Satellite Mind Control, Behavior Control, Brains Communication Network, Microwave Weapon and unknow Weapon. These weapon are also called Directed Energy and Neurological Weapon. Information of Satellite Mind Control weapon and Satellite Microwave Massive Destroy weapon

 Methods:

• After reading my brain, they used the persons who have similar body parts or faces to terrorize my mind, my mental sense. Slit my relationship and isolate me alone from societ community.
• Trapping plan. Then using above weapons to control and affect my mind and behavior. Making decisions in mind for me while I do not know.
• When going out and working, they used the weapons (including V2K: voice to skull) to project into my mind for threatening sound and words such as “go away! shit!”. Project many strange pictures in mind. Enforce to do next action when looking or seeing a action, otherwise bad-hearted faces appeared and threatened before. And now they used above weapons. Perps used brains comunication network to control many persons to act following their goals whereas controlled persons did not know about this. Perps did that for suppressing and torturing victims.
• They torture in mind and do not allow to thinking. When thinking about something, they immediately torture to make a threatenning sense.
• They projected and shooted microwave (microwave weapon used in military) to my brain.
• They used other unknow weapons to dis-appear my tounge (to make sense about why report to newspapers for the undertable-money of Vietcombank’s staff) and bend round my body. They sucked out the water in my body by a unknow weapon. They sliced/incised my inside-body and sinews with brutal pain but no remaining trace.
• Enforce to be a crimer such as selling and carring heroin, gyssy brooker for them.
• Language erasing: “goodnight” to be come “good and night words” or “look night” or “god light” or something like that. Ear erasing: the same with language erasing. The sound is made by different frequences rate. Sight erasing: when seeing anything, they threaten and project microwave and project sounds no through ears to brain for making my mind to be crazy. All doing are to make “blind” of seeing, thinking, hearing and understanding.
• Sex violation: project sex scenes in mind and sex talking. Then enforced to fuck a gypsy but I denied.
• Private: watch all private things such as toilet, bathing, reproduction organ (penis, head of penis).
• Torture and simulate situations about business, religious and politics such as enforcing and threatening implemented by above weapons. Perps attempted to use copied motos of U.S. policticians and well-knowing people such as Condoleezza Rice, George W. Bush, John McCain, Barrack Obama, Bill Gates and other in Defense to libel the imagines during torture and suppression. • Brutal discrimination such as all businesses, women, places and etc are reserved for their wing and favorite races because I was born in middle of Vietnam and for reported action to newspapers refferring to the undertable-money of Vietcombank’s staffs.
• All my feelings, seeings and dreaming are catched by them under threatening by above weapons.
• One of brainerasing method is when I think example: “Today I am very tired”, they project a person named “Mr. Tiree” to appear in brain. And they repeat this action in long period of time.
• They torture me 24×7.
• They usually rouse me to do a crazy action or illegal action.
• After each torture day, they erased my brain.
• Their actions are likely Red Khmer criminals. In-humanity, Cruel Actions and Crimes against humanity.
• Enforce and threaten to go out of my country. Now I seldom go out of home. In 2008, I had to go out of Vietnam, went to Kulalumpur (Malaysia) and was brutually tortured in a virtual prison.

 Injuries: Any pain in body will take a trip to the brain. The brain is exactly a place to contain all pains that a person feel about. I could not stand their brutal torture. Devils of “Common Properties” Vietcombank and Public’s Securities used weapons in warefare (as above) for brutally suppressing and torturing in Vietnam business. After these devils have finished torture, they brain-washing and brain-erasing for forgot and no problems as they said. I daily wrote some facts that I could remember. They followed the slogan “eat all” (bribes, robbing business, eat brain: brain-erasing to set-up their data into brain). They enforced “step by step” me to the death in life by trapping of controlling brain from satellite mind control weapon. And they connected with Malaysia Government to brutally torture inhumanity in Kula Lumpur. I was in prison in Malaysia established by “Common Properties” Vietcombank and Public’s Securities. During brutally torture, they called this is C.I.A prison and some of them came from Washington D.C. I am only a business owner in a trading company and surely not involved to any U.S policies and not came to U.S yet. After escaped and backed in Vietnam, I was daily tortured 24 hours a day and 7 days a week by behavior control & moving/motor control of satellite mind control weapon and terrorized by satellite neurological weapon. Killing victim to be death all when they set-up/ inject other brain data to my brain. And I will never be me and they removed my family love out me. They could boost up the brain and when they release I unlike a human with suspend thinking. Daily I was stood by dirty words, slandering & reviling from them and enforced to leave Vietnam for releasing the business on hand to them and their “che^’ch or ta`u”. Night and day, they set-up/ injected to make “bold-thought” for affirming that Saigon is their “Che^’ch”. “When their sons went abroad and called ‘what relative-blooding oversea Vietnamese is!’ without ashamed. Enforced to leave Vietnam and after that said ‘what relative-blooding Vietnamese!’”. So why object “Common Properties” Vietnam Party while they robbed and brutally suppressed Vietnamese in my country.

“Silent is not saving your life. Maybe other Vietnamese will be their target. Please protect and object them, an exclusive “common properties” Party in Vietnam. Human Rights, Democratic, Free of Speech and Freedom for Vietnamese.”

Tra tấn nhục hình, đọc não và điều khiển não trong kinh doanh 

- 9/ 2002 : mở công ty kinh doanh thực phẩm công nghệ. Công việc cũng thuận lợi.

- 2003: mở rộng đa dạng hóa kinh doanh mặt hàng công ty. Công ty mở tài khoản giao dịch ở Vietcombank với phía đối tác nước ngoài. Là một ngân hàng vốn Nhà Nước, nên lót tay là chuyện đương nhiên và không dừng lại ở đó. Bằng những “nghiệp vụ”, nhân viên Vietcombank đòi thêm tiền lót tay. Tôi cũng đáp ứng nhưng vẫn không dừng lại ở đó. Cái họ cần là mặt hàng kinh doanh có lãi của công tôi. Đây cũng có thể gọi là muốn “ăn hết”. Sau đó, bạn gái tôi bị nhân viên này giở thủ đoạn làm khó vòi vĩnh gây sự. Bạn gái tôi và tôi cải nhau vì chuyện này và bạn gái tôi nói “ Đất nước này là vậy, tham nhũng, nhũng nhiễu. Không thích chuyện này” và chia tay với tôi vì chuyện gây gổ của nhân viên Vietcombank. Tôi như bị shock. Vì quá đau buồn chuyện này tôi đã phản ảnh lên báo Tuổi Trẻ và Thanh Niên qua internet nhưng không thấy hồi âm.

- Trong năm 2003, tôi bắt đầu bị dọa giết bởi những kẻ giấu mặt để cưỡng đoạt kinh doanh. Tôi đã bị đọc não từ lúc ấy. Tôi bị theo dõi bởi những kẻ giấu mặt.

- 2004-2009: tôi liên tục bị dọa giết, tra tấn nhục hình và có lúc là vô cớ ép buộc rời khỏi Việt Nam. Họ có thể biết tất cả về tôi: suy nghĩ, chuyện quá khứ, dự định sẽ làm, cảm giác, mọi thứ kể cả điều khiển hành vi và lời nói. Họ ở đây chính là nhóm người bên Công An An Ninh dấu mặt mà đằng sau là Vietcombank. Thiết bị vũ khí họ sử dụng chính là Satellite Mind Control Weapon (vũ khí đọc não và điều khiển não từ vệ tinh) và Microwave Weapon (vũ khí sóng ngắn). Họ bắn sóng siêu âm (UltraSonic) từ Microwave Weapon vào não cho đến lúc điên loạn. Họ là những kẻ dã man độc ác và tàn bạo. Họ gây ra tội ác chống lại loài người.

 Cách thức thực hiện:

• Sau khi đọc não, họ sử dụng những người có bộ phận hay gương mặt giống người quen biết để khủng bố tinh thần. Chia cắt mối quan hệ và cô lập tôi ra khỏi cộng đồng xã hội.
• Lên kế hoạch đặt cạm bẫy. Họ sử dụng những vũ khí trên để điều khiển và tác động lên trí não và hành vi tôi. Làm những quyết định trong suy nghĩ thay tôi trong khi tôi không phát hiện ra.
• Khi ra ngoài và làm việc, họ sử dụng những vũ khí (bao gồm vũ khí giọng nói đến não V2K: voice to skull) để chiếu vào não những âm thanh và những lời đe dọa như “cút, shịt”. Họ chiếu rất nhiều hình ảnh trong đầu. Ép buộc làm hành động kế tiếp khi nhìn thấy một hành động, ngược lại một gương mặt hung ác xuất hiện và đe dọa. Và bây giờ thay vào đó, họ sử dụng những vũ khí trên để tạo ra những đe dọc trong não (Neurological Weapon). Họ sử dụng vũ khí điều khiển não để điều khiển nhiều người hành động theo mục đích của họ ma người điều khiển không hay biết. Họ sử dụng vũ khí này để đàn áp và tra tấn nạn nhân.
• Họ tra tấn trong não và không cho suy nghĩ. Khi nghĩ về cái gì, họ lập tức tra tấn thành một cảnh đe dọa để không thể suy nghĩ nữa.
• Họ chiếu và bắn sóng ngắn (vũ khí sóng ngắn được sử dụng trong quân đội) đến não hằng ngày khiến cho não đau đớn. Có những lúc muốn tự tử vì không chịu nỗi đau đớn.
• Họ sử dụng các vũ khí khác để xóa lưỡi không còn cảm thấy lưỡi tồn tại (để hiểu là tại sao phản ảnh tới báo Thanh Niên và Tuổi Trẻ về tiền lót tay của nhân viên Vietcombank) và cuộn tròn người lại với đau đớn và cảnh tượng ghê rợn tàn bạo. Họ hút nước trong cơ thể bởi vũ khí khác. Họ cắt từng khúc nhỏ bên trong cơ thể và gân với vô cùng đau đớn nhưng sau đó không để lại dấu vết.
• Ép buộc trở thành tội phạm chẳng hạn như vận chuyển và bán heroin, môi giới mại dâm cho họ.
• Xoá ngôn ngữ: họ xoá bằng cách điều khiển trong não, ví dụ: “trâm” phải hiểu là “trẫm”, có lúc là “trăm” hoặc “trầm” hoặc “châm”. Xoá cách nghe từ tai: giống như xoá ngôn ngữ. Xoá cách nhìn: khi nhìn bất cứ cảnh vật nào, họ đe dọa và chiếu sóng ngắn (microwave) và sóng âm thanh không thông qua tai mà vào não làm cho tâm trí trở nên điên loạn. Tất cả hành động làm là nhằm mục đích gây “mù” nhìn, “mù” nghĩ, “mù” nghe, và “mù” hiểu.
• Quấy rối tình dục: họ chiếu cảnh sex trong đầu và nói chuyện sex. Sau đó, họ bắt buộc chơi gái điếm nhưng tôi từ chối.
• Sự riêng tư: theo dõi mọi sự riêng tư chẳng hạn như đi vệ sinh, tắm, cơ quan sinh dục (dương vật, đầu dương vật).
• Tra tấn về kinh doanh, tôn giáo, và chính trị chẳng hạn như ép buộc theo xuối dục của họ và đe dọa thực hiện bởi vũ khí trên. Họ giả lập mô hình chính trị, kinh tế, tôn giáo để hỏi cách giải quyết và tra tấn. Họ sử dụng dữ liệu động tác hành vi chép được của các chính trị gia và người nỗi tiếng Hoa Kỳ như Condoleezza Rice, George W. Bush, John McCain, Barrack Obama, Bill Gates và những người khác trong quốc phòng để bôi nhọ hành ảnh trong khi tra tấn và đàn áp. • Cực kỳ phân biệt đối xử như kinh doanh, phụ nữ, nơi chốn đi lại và những cái khác là dành riêng cho phe bọn họ và chủng tộc họ bởi vì tôi sinh ra ở Miền Trung Việt Nam và cho hành động phản ảnh tiền lót tay của nhân viên Vietcombank.
• Tất cả cảm nhận, nhìn thấy và giấc mơ là đều được nắm bắt bở họ dưới sự tra tấn bởi thiết bị vũ khí trên. Khi cảm nhận, nhìn thấy là họ biết tất cả.
• Một trong những phương thức xóa não là khi tôi nghĩ “Mất phương hướng rồi”, họ chiếu một người tên Phương xuất hiện trong đầu. Và họ lập lại hành động này trong thời gian dài với hàng loạt hình ảnh người.
• Họ tra tấn tôi 24×7.
• Họ thường xuyên kích động xuôi khiến tôi làm những hành động điên khùng và không hợp pháp.
• Sau mỗi ngày tra tấn, họ dùng thiết bị xóa não tôi.
• Hành động của họ chẳng khác những tên cai ngục Khơme Đỏ. Không tính người, tra tấn tàn bạo và gây ra tội ác chống lại loài người.
• Ép buộc và đe dọa phải rời khỏi nước nhiều lần. Nhưng khi ra khỏi Việt Nam đến Kualalumpur-Mã Lai thì bị bọn họ lại giam ở trong nhà tù để tra tấn nhục hình. Bây giờ hiếm khi tôi ra khỏi nhà và bị giam cầm ở nhà.

 Tổn thương: bất cứ đau đớn nào trên cơ thể sẽ truyền về não. Não chính là nơi chứa đựng tất cả đau đớn mà người đó cảm thấy. Tôi không chịu nỗi sự tra tấn tàn bạo của họ. Rất nhiều lần tôi nghĩ về cái chết và thật sự muốn chết vì không chịu đựng nỗi. Bây giờ đã tổn thương về não và mù lòa. Lọai tra tấn này sẽ dẫn theo một loại bệnh là ung thư não. Bọn Vietcombank và tay sai Công an an ninh dùng vũ khí trong chiến tranh (như Satellite MindControl Weapon và Microwave Weapon) trong kinh doanh để đàn áp tra tấn người dã man. Bọn này mỗi ngày tra tấn xong là tẩy và xóa não. Bọn này theo triết lý “ăn hết” (ăn tiền, ăn cướp kinh doanh, ăn luôn cả con người) mọi thứ. Từng bước dồn ép tôi vào chổ chết bằng kế hoạch hãm hại và liên kết với nhà nước Malaysia tra tấn dã man không nhân tính ở Kulalumpur. Tôi bị cầm tù ở Mã Lai do do bọn Vietcombank và công an an ninh lập. Hằng ngày tôi phải bị tra tấn 24×7 và bị điều khiển hành vi (behaviour control & moving/motor control of satellite mind control weapon), khủng bố suy nghĩ (neurological weapon). Ăn luôn cả con người là khi bọn nó cài giết cái bản năng suy nghĩ trong đầu tôi và cài vào đó một bản suy nghĩ khác. Ly biệt tình thương gia đình. Không khác gì đã giết chết đi con người. Hằng ngày nạn nhân phải chịu sự nhục mạ tra tấn và đuổi đi khỏi Việt Nam để nhường kinh doanh cho bọn nó và cho bọn người Tàu. Bọn này ngày đêm cài vào não và khẳng định mảnh đất Sài Gòn này là của người Tàu. “Khi mà con cái bọn chúng ra nước ngoài thì gọi đồng bào Việt ơi không một chút xấu hổ. Không lẽ đuổi đi hết rồi mới gọi là đồng bào”. Vậy tại sao lên án chống Cộng Sản cực đoan trong khi bọn chúng ăn cướp đàn áp dã man người Việt trong nước.

Có những chuyện xảy ra bất ngờ cho mọi người và không ai muốn gặp hết. Im lặng là đồng lõa, không bảo vệ cho chính mình. Hãy bảo vệ và lên án họ, đảng độc tài ở Việt Nam. Nhân Quyền, Dân Chủ, Tự Do Ngôn Luận, và Tự Do cho người Việt Nam
